Our Approach
Our approach to language and related training is encapsulated in our core values:
Training must be outcome-led, and these outcomes must be developed in co-operation with the client.
Training must be practical and hands-on – we teach people English that they can apply in their work place
Training must be motivating by being relevant. Our students are adults – they are best motivated when they see how their classes will improve their work performance.
Training must offer learning targets and milestones and these must be both achievable and measurable. Our pre-training discussions with clients as part of the needs analysis process will set these targets and milestones.
Training must be flexible. In English teaching a ‘one size fits all’ approach will not deliver optimum results. Only by originating new programmes as part of our response to client needs can we provide a high level of improvement in your team’s English.
Training must facilitate individualisation of learning. All trainees have different needs and our trainers are adept at ensuring the language learning process is tailored to the requirements of each individual in a group.
Training must encourage integration of programmes. English language teaching should not exist in a vacuum and we work hard with the providers of other types of training, be it commercial or technical, to ensure that any opportunities for course integration are exploited.
