If you have a cohort of trainees with little or no command of English or who studied the language many years ago, we would suggest a general English programme. This will give them the firm base in the language they need prior to taking a fully tailored programme.

While our general English courses are not designed to meet specific training needs, they are all developed in close collaboration with the client.  In this way certain broad work related areas can be covered, such as Telephone English, Meetings in English or emails.  These are topics that are of general use to anyone working in English.
